| I. Background | |

CCR3 基因（C-C 趨化因子受體 3 基因）是編碼一類 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)受體的關(guān)鍵基因，其 編碼的 CCR3 蛋白在免疫調(diào)節(jié)與炎癥反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮核心作用。該受體主要表達于嗜酸性粒細 胞、嗜堿性粒細胞及 Th2 淋巴細胞表面，能夠特異性結(jié)合 Eotaxin（CCL11）、Eotaxin-3 （CCL26）等 CC 類趨化因子，形成信號傳導(dǎo)通路。當(dāng)趨化因子與 CCR3 結(jié)合時，會激活 G 蛋白偶聯(lián)的級聯(lián)反應(yīng)，引發(fā)胞內(nèi)鈣離子流動，促使細胞沿化學(xué)濃度梯度定向遷移至炎癥 部位。 |
